 Gardens are constantly evolving creations and ours changes all the time - a
regular source of joy, blisters and grubby nails. Fortunately you need only concern
yourself with the first of these.
There are paths to stroll, steps leading down to the rocky beach, and lots of sitting areas from which to admire the view. |
As this is written, new herb beds have just been planted and the
Jens Munk roses are in 
extravagant
bloom, ahead of most of the other roses which still have only fat buds full of promise.
The daffodils and tulips are long gone, but cosmos and dianthus are coming into flower.
Billowing drifts of lavender are beginning to show purple and blue, and the dahlias are
all re-planted in preparation for their spectacular late summer and fall performance.
