Your management retreat or business planning meeting can be more
productive, comfortable and affordable at Oceanwood. Our waterfront
Gulf Island inn offers formal and informal meeting space for small groups of
up to 12, gourmet meals, and very comfortable accommodations.

Availability:

• Any dates from April 6 to June 15, 2007 and from September 16, 2007 to June 15, 2008 subject to availability. (Please note that Oceanwood is closed in the winter.) Must take at least 8 rooms. There is no requirement for a minimum number of days other than our usual limitation of not selling Saturday only.

What's Included:

• Single occupancy room - any available room - they are all priced the same in this package
• Full country breakfast
• Morning coffee
• Lunch - typically soup, a variety of home-made breads, cold meats, salads, coffee or tea
• Afternoon tea
• Gourmet dinner - four courses, fixed menu, choice of two entrees
• Use of formal meeting room - boardroom table, VCR, whiteboard, projection screen
• Use of common rooms for more informal, small meetings if the group has booked all the bedrooms or if there are no other guests
• Use of hot tub, sauna, bicycles

Not Included:

• Taxes, gratuities, drinks

Optional extras:

• We can arrange kayaking including a guided tour if you like, sailing for up to 4 people only, golf outings to our neighbour island.

Extra people:

• If spouses or partners who are not participating in the meetings also attend and have breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner, the additional cost would be $85 per person per day
